Membership
Practice / Training Regimen:
3 practices per week to address each discipline
- Monday nights @ Conte’s – to start at 8:00 PM
- Indoor cycling classes will be conducted throughout the winter. Everyone must bring their own bike, and if they own a trainer they should bring it as well. The store has 15 trainers for those who do not own one.
- Outdoor group rides from various locations when the weather is good
- Thursday Night Run
- Runs will take place at various locations through out the Bel Air area the majority of them will be at the Patterson Mill High School Track. Locations will be updated on the site a week in advance.
- Weekend morning Brick workouts
- Brick workouts consist of a swim and or bike and or run. Locations will be updated on the site a week and a half in advance.
All workouts will be conducted as a group and directed by a highly experienced athlete and/or coach.

$10.00 off any Conte’s produced event entry fee
Contes Store Discounts:
Cost plus shipping on a Conte’s Multisport 1 piece Tri- suit
Optional Customization: Member’s name can be silk screened onto uniform at cost
-5% OVER COST on all Conte’s Multisport Club apparel
-15% off all apparel in the store
-15% off all accessories in the store
-15% off all special ordered parts / apparel / accessories
Limit of 2 bicycles per year total:
- 10% off any bicycle in the store
- 5% off any special ordered bicycles
Club Sponsor Discounts:
There are various discounted products and services from all sponsors of the club. The board is still developing club sponsors so the values are yet to be determined. Discounts will vary from company to company.
Conte’s Multisport T-Shirt:
- 1 cotton t-shirt (shirts will not be available until sponsorship arrangements are complete)
- 1 Tech shirt (2010 and beyond) per year for every member displaying the team logo on the front and club sponsor logos on the back
Obligations of all Club Members:
1. Annual membership fee of $100.00 (1st year covers participants through 12-2010)
2. Good sportsmanship
- Club members should always act in a responsible and respectful manner whether in competition or practice
- We would like to keep a positive atmosphere that is enjoyable for all members as well as outside observers
- A highly reputable image is necessary from the beginning
Sponsor Patriotism
- When possible members should bring attention to the club as well as sponsors
- Purchase of sponsor products or services over their competitors whenever possible
- Wear club shirt or other apparel for podium appearances
- Mention of major sponsors during any interviews
